I know that when we are not feeling our best it can have a ripple effect in other important areas in our lives. With more demands in our everyday, it is crucial to find a balance between our physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. For this reason, I focus on the whole person healing. My therapeutic approach includes practical tools and cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help you reach your goals.
As a therapist, I aim to create the same space that I would want for myself. I offer a safe, calming space to connect and openly work to untangle the emotions and thoughts that sometimes plague us. I provide a safe space where anyone can come as they are. I provide services in English & Spanish.
Before the initial session, I hold a brief phone consultation to review your specific needs and therapy expectations. Once we decide to move forward, the initial session consists of completing the evaluation, establishing therapeutic goals and working through those goals together. I utilize an eclectic, multidimensional, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. Each session is tailored to your specific needs.
